I first met Wendy online through Zoom because it was during the C19 times that she began managing my portfolio. She listens to her clients, not just for the financial planning process but also for your overall preferences (such as me being an introvert and preferring to do most things over text, except when we do our annual review)! I think patience is an important factor for a financial planner & I guess Wendy had that from the start.
