G,. Clerk

Wendy is an efficient financial consultant who explains the policies thoroughly, clearly, and most importantly patient while engaging me. I am assured that I am in safe hands with her as my Financial Consultant.

Norman C,. Regular Officer

Wendy was really professional in the whole planning process, explaining the importance of financial planning, be it through investment or insurance. She was also patient in explaining how investment works and how she does her homework to be kept abreast of what is the economy and market like and make more informed decisions. Wendy is very friendly and approachable and what I think is most impressionable is that instead of hard selling, she takes the time to explain the different plans and recommends what is affordable and reasonable based on your financial abilities.

Ming Huang

Wendy was very patient in explaining to me the differences between policies. She emphasized on my concerns and priorities, rather than rushing through things just to close the deal. Most importantly, she put in the effort and take the initiative to remind me whenever there are updates and the action required.

Roger C, .Management Trainee

I was referred to Wendy by my cousin who works her financial portfolio with Wendy too. During my first meet-up with Wendy last Aug/Sept, we spent more than 2 hours to find out what is my needs and she provided me the most suitable recommendation. I find Wendy is professional, helpful, and reliable to work with.

Malcolm N,. Operations Executive

Friendly and helpful. Focused discussion process catering to the needs of the client.

Alan,. Finance VP

I have met numerous insurance agents in my working life so far (including friends and referrals), and Wendy is one who stood out from the rest for me. She is professional and advises well, and not once did I feel she was pushy in selling any policies to me. I first got to know her through a marketing call from her many years ago, and despite not purchasing any policy from her initially (as I was adequately insured at that time), she followed up with me over the years, understanding my needs at every point of the time and displayed utmost patience in updating me of any latest products that might be of interest to me. One quality I appreciated about Wendy is how she's able to see through my lens and analyse my decision-making. That is why I knew I wanted to engage Wendy when I decided to increase my medical coverage and also make some financial planning (bought new policies from her in 2023 and 2024). Really appreciate her sincerity!
