Wendy was really professional in the whole planning process, explaining the importance of financial planning, be it through investment or insurance. She was also patient in explaining how investment works and how she does her homework to be kept abreast of what is the economy and market like and make more informed decisions. I first met Wendy online through Zoom because it was during the C19 times that she began managing my portfolio.
