Isabel H,. Learning Support Educator

Having had other FCs approaching me with hard-sell tactics and reading some online horror stories has made me quite wary of the insurance world in general. After meeting Wendy, my views have changed. Wendy took the time to understand my financial commitments and goals, before recommending plans that were best suited for me. She was thoughtful and meticulous, and what made the planning process even more comfortable was that it felt like I was speaking to a friend that cares. I’m glad that I’ve decided to go with Wendy as my FC, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an FC with a drive to make their clients’ lives better.

Bao Chuan,. Translator

I first met Wendy online through Zoom because it was during the C19 times that she began managing my portfolio. She listens to her clients, not just for the financial planning process but also for your overall preferences (such as me being an introvert and preferring to do most things over text, except when we do our annual review)! As I started my financial planning journey quite a while ago, Wendy helped me see the areas that were weaker at my current stage in life, such as planning for when I get older because, let's be real, our retirement ages are getting older too, and what worked for me 10 years ago may be a little bit lacking now. Wendy is an easygoing and approachable person. She isn't pushy, but she shows me all the options available and lets me make the decisions myself. She makes our meet-ups convenient and is totally open to even meeting me at a pavilion near my house when my place isn't available. 😂 Wendy is a good consultant to have (even if it's just in your contacts!), especially for the ladies, because she knows what you need and you don't have to worry about your questions being silly as she answers complicated concepts in a way that you'll understand."

Paulyn Y,. Clinic Assistant

She has always been there! I decided to go with Wendy as my FC because I fully trust that she can do her job well and ensuring me with all the info and protections I need. So far my journey with her is smooth and whenever I have an enquiry, she never fails to get back to me. I feel ensured that she is always there to help me and fill me in.

Wendy was very patient in explaining to me the differences between policies. She emphasized on my concerns and priorities, rather than rushing through things just to close the deal. Most importantly, she put in the effort and take the initiative to remind me whenever there are updates and the action required.

Hasinah,. Senior Engineer

When my previous financial consultant left the company, I linked up with my old schoolmate, Wendy, when I learnt that she is working as a Financial Consultant at Prudential. She is very helpful in transferring all of my family's existing insurance under her care so that I can have a single point of contact. She is also very knowledgeable and gave advice to tailor to the financial needs & insurance coverages for me and my family!

Alice,. Trade Finance

I knew Wendy when she was just a little girl. I have the privilege to witness her growth into a mature and highly professional individual, both personally and in her career. Wendy listens attentively to my needs and concerns before crafting personalized financial plans tailored to my circumstances. She has impressed me by sharing her knowledge of the financial markets, investment strategies and retirement planning which is totally different from other old-school financial consultants. Her combination of expertise, client-centric approach, and personal qualities make her an invaluable asset to anyone seeking financial guidance and planning. I wholeheartedly recommend Wendy without any hesitation.
