Hasinah,. Senior Engineer

When my previous financial consultant left the company, I linked up with my old schoolmate, Wendy, when I learnt that she is working as a Financial Consultant at Prudential. She is very helpful in transferring all of my family's existing insurance under her care so that I can have a single point of contact. She is also very knowledgeable and gave advice to tailor to the financial needs & insurance coverages for me and my family!

Jiayin,. Admin Executive

I got to know Wendy through my spouse, and my first impression of her was friendly, bubbly, and yet she has the professional knowledge to be able to answer my questions relating to insurance and provide suitable recommendations. Wendy managed to recommend some plans that are suitable for my current age group and personal plans. She is always there when I need help, which is a relief for me, as I have never submitted a claim before. Wendy is always quick to reply, even if she is overseas, she always tries her best to help. So far, my claims have been approved fuss-free as Wendy was able to provide clear instructions on how to fill up the form. I would recommend Wendy as your lifelong financial consultant, you will be in good hands :)

Bao Chuan,. Translator

I first met Wendy online through Zoom because it was during the C19 times that she began managing my portfolio. She listens to her clients, not just for the financial planning process but also for your overall preferences (such as me being an introvert and preferring to do most things over text, except when we do our annual review)! As I started my financial planning journey quite a while ago, Wendy helped me see the areas that were weaker at my current stage in life, such as planning for when I get older because, let's be real, our retirement ages are getting older too, and what worked for me 10 years ago may be a little bit lacking now. Wendy is an easygoing and approachable person. She isn't pushy, but she shows me all the options available and lets me make the decisions myself. She makes our meet-ups convenient and is totally open to even meeting me at a pavilion near my house when my place isn't available. 😂 Wendy is a good consultant to have (even if it's just in your contacts!), especially for the ladies, because she knows what you need and you don't have to worry about your questions being silly as she answers complicated concepts in a way that you'll understand."

Anqi,. Customer Service Officer

Wendy was patient and helpful in explaining to me the financial planning process. She told me that it is important to plan ahead for the future by starting early, especially when we are healthy. I like that her explanations are clear and easy to understand. Hence, I have chosen her to be my financial consultant.

Melissa L,. Social Service Assistant

Throughout the process of planning, Wendy was very patient to explain to me the terms and policies. She would do her best to help me in getting the best out of my policies & that is with much thinking and planning she did before meeting me. She is available and there whenever I need help with my policies and would make the effort to come to my area to meet me when I was unable to go far. She is understanding and is always on the lookout for policies that might be suitable for me and also allowing me to have sufficient time to process. The decision to choose her was because I trust her, she is responsible for what she does & always does her best.

Qun Rong,. Self-Employed

Wendy made sure I knew what I was buying, and what was needed for me to get. Took her time to explain thoroughly all the insurance as I was unsure what I needed. Very accommodating towards my timing as I am only free at late night. Can feel her sincerity.
