I think patience is an important factor for a financial planner & I guess Wendy had that from the start. I was never one who could sit through an insurance conversation due to the numbers & heavy text reading. Yet, Wendy was willing to explain the complicated plans to me & illustrated them in graphics for me to better understand what works best for me.
