I got to know Wendy through my spouse, and my first impression of her was friendly, bubbly, and yet she has the professional knowledge to be able to answer my questions relating to insurance and provide suitable recommendations. Wendy managed to recommend some plans that are suitable for my current age group and personal plans. She is always there when I need help, which is a relief for me, as I have never submitted a claim before. Wendy is always quick to reply, even if she is overseas, she always tries her best to help. I think patience is an important factor for a financial planner & I guess Wendy had that from the start.
