Wendy was really professional in the whole planning process, explaining the importance of financial planning, be it through investment or insurance. She was also patient in explaining how investment works and how she does her homework to be kept abreast of what is the economy and market like and make more informed decisions. Wendy is very friendly and approachable and what I think is most impressionable is that instead of hard selling, she takes the time to explain the different plans and recommends what is affordable and reasonable based on your financial abilities.
